Local Real estate Clubs in NJ?

Local to NJ, I was wondering if there is any weekly/monthly real estate clubs/meetups with local investors?

Hello @Colin Holowach. I recently attended a real estate meetup that I really enjoyed. @Shawn Mcenteer is the organizer and it is held at a great brewery. No one tried to sell me anything and I met some great people.

You don't want a meetup where there are pitches or where it's a bunch of lenders, etc. We do 4 meetups on Zoom a month, no pitch, no cost. NJ investors is second WED of every month at 7 PM. Thanks, @Lindsay Op de Coul!

There are many. Most are found through Meetup.com and Eventbrite. Search both for keywords that will find those clubs. There also online and in person events. Kyle Jasey, a hard money lender, has free meetups in West Orange https://www.meetup.com/NJ-Flip...
