Thanks for the info. I read a little while ago something that I did not see in this article, which was something about the tenant had an ability to pay all of the past due rent at any time up until the judge rules on the eviction. And, if they pay in full the eviction is completely reversed. I’m not sure if this is still in effect or if it got charged.
