New RE Platform - "Roam'
I got an email today from this company where their entire platform is built out around assumable loan data. Has anyone spoken with people from Roam on how they get paid etc? Seems like a cool idea. It basically is like Zillow/Redfin/Realtor but only targeting assumable loan homes for sale.
