It seems legislation effecting real estate investors is changing by the minute here in Colorado. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts on the most recent change on ADU's.
I think this is great news for Denver. It makes it easier (legally) to build an ADU and provide a means to rent it out or have family stay there. Great news for house hackers! Now the hurtle is paying for it! haha
