While I'm not located in Gainesville, but I have started looking at the market recently. What do you like about Gainesville? I like Ocala and Gainesville caught my attention while looking at neighborhoods around Marion County.
@Martin Taylor Gainesville is great due to the university offering a lot of rental demand and the median housing prices are below average. I like Ocala too, it has seen a lot of population growth. I'd be happy to connect and talk more!
