Any opinion on the area of Sweet home Arkansas. I am looking at a mobile home park in the area. Would like to know rental rents for houses, area as to population and quality living, crime and ect. Anything is helpful.
How far is the driving distance from there to Little Rock?

Sorry for the misunderstanding, I was tired. I don't personally invest in little rock, as I'm in Jonesboro and that's about 2 1/2 hours away, so I'm not going to be much help. Depending on the traffic it is about five minutes from little rock. Little rock has its crime but it is relatively safe, however that neighborhood can swing either direction, so I would check it out more. Sorry I couldn't help more.
