What are the current market conditions in Dearborn Heights right now. Is it a soft or hot market?

Is it a seller's market or a buyer's market?

I think it depends north dh or south, also depends on what you are looking for : foreclosures, buy and hold, flipping or wholesaling

It is north Dearborn Heights House is located in a neighborhood between Beech daly and telegraph And joy rd and ann arbor trail
