Hey Everyone!
I find myself talking all the time about how great Real Estate investing is so I want to hear other people’s experience on investing in Real Estate good or bad let’s hear it!?
Well, my wife and I just bought our first investment property using the BRRR strategy here in Memphis and it was easy. Really because I live here, my mentor is here and we have trusted contractors that give good pricing and work. I have heard bad stories, but ours is really good so far!
