help with putting first home up for rent on my own.
Hello friends, Im working on my second rental but the separation of this one and my first rental is that my first had ALOT of help from a realtor but with fees. Im looking for help on putting together rental contracts as well as screening tenants on my own. Would anyone happen to have any resources you use to do this on your own in order to remove a realtor from this process?
