Short Term Rental Pricing - Ft Myers, FL
New to the forum and short term rentals. I have a 3BR, 2BA, 1380 sq. ft. home in the Villas neighborhood of Ft Myers that I plan on short term renting via AirBnB. It is in good condition, nicely decorated, top notch bedding and well appointed kitchen with a large lanai and no pool. I'm struggling to find accurate info on pricing at different seasons of the year. When I look at current listings on AirBnB the pricing seems to vary widely for relatively similar homes. Any insights on correct pricing and any other advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
