    Hey @Derrick Dunn in addition to MREIA, checkout meetup.com and do a search for real estate investors. You'll get a big list of groups. Many are pretty active.

    @Jeremiah B. there are a couple of really good real estate groups in the Portland area, Northwest REIA and RareBird. A lot of great information between the two of them.
