@Dane Hutchins Hello Dane, I am with an investor friendly title company here in the Orlando area. A lot of my clients actually use BP as well. I do those certain types of closings that most title companies wont do like the double closings or assignments of contracts. I would love to speak with you if you have time. Thanks to BP members for the quick replies. I was quite impressed by "investor friendly" services provided by Southeast Professional Title, as shown on their website. I just submitted seven property offers, all specifying them as our escrow company. (Left a message for Ryan to give me a callback.)

@Dane Hutchins Southeast is a great company. We use them for all of our closings and the staff is amazing! We do a lot of double closings and assignments and they are always on the spot! Good luck to you!
