@Paolo Ruggieri Those landlords can be gold mines of people to buy from. You don't really have to go to the court house to do it. You can just call up the "For Rent" ads in the paper and start asking will they be willing to sell. Turn over enough rocks, and you will sooner or later get a deal.
Antonio... how many phone call do you make in order to get one deal done?
Everyone else... I was thinking that the courthouse on eviction day would have a more concentrated population of burned-out landlord... does anyone else have ever tried to go to the eviction court and try to open up a conversation with burnedout landlords?
