Hello,

I am still new to the Real Estate Investing world and seeking a mentor / coach. I would love to keep an ongoing conversation and speak to someone about what's working well vs. what's not. Please reply or inbox me if you're interested.

Thanks,

Shelly Smith

    @Shelly Smith ,

    You can also seek out local REIAs (Real Estate Investor Associations) in your area and network with local folks who actively doing deals.
