What's the Worst Thing a Potential Seller Has Said to You?

I thought it might be fun to discuss some of the awful (or funny) things people have said to us as investors.

I do a lot of direct mail marketing, so I fairly frequently get a call or voicemail asking to be taken off the list. This one started off pretty tame, but then just got unnecessarily mean at the end. Here's the transcript of the voicemail:

"Yes I keep getting flyers from you wanting to buy our house. At first the flyers were just letters but now they have your pictures on it, and I wish I'd quit receiving this. If I was interested I would have replied to the original one a year ago. Besides I don't want to put myself through looking at two of the ugliest people I've ever seen in my life. It grosses me out."

I haven't been doing this for very long, but I think that's the worst thing I've heard yet! Anybody else have any stories?
