Wholesalers, How did you find your licenced real estate assistant

Hey Fellow Biggerpockets investors, 

I'll make this brief.  I'm to the point with my business / lead generation where I believe in order to scale it properly, I need to hire a Licensed real estate assistant to take my calls.  I'd even like him/her to network for me to find deals.

I've tried craigslist ads & indeed.com, but no luck yet.  I'm just curious to know, if you're an investor, whether it be a wholesaler or fix & flip investor, how you found your full time real estate assistant (licensed)?  Thank you for ANY advice.
