Denver and Seattle markets for rehabs or rentals

My partner and I are looking for fix n flip rehabs mainly in Denver or Seattle. Would be interested in buy n holds but could probably only afford those in Denver market. If any wholesalers out there please add me to your list. Thanks! Dan

    I just moved to the Denver metro area and am ramping up marketing in Jefferson and Adams counties. Ill put you on my list and be sure to let you know as soon as I lock something down.

    California is tough lots of competition and its expensive
