The County Assessor should have the owner's info. In my county, I have to physically go to the Assessor's office to get it because the records aren't available online. However, it looks like in your county you can just go online and look it up here by the address:

Following up with what @Kyle J. offered, you can then Google the names to see what comes of it. White pages is also a good option. Once in awhile it seems you get something from it. I want to say I believe most owners of property that are several decades old may not have a FB page but it's also worth a try. Additionally, if they are absentee owners you can do skip tracing to get some updated info.
