Where do you buy your best Leads lists from for the follow?

Delinquent taxes & Inheritance lists

We are increasing our Marketing efforts and already have our current sources but want to try new companies and methods.

I've read a lot people use ListSource for leads. Never used it myself so I have no opinion of it, but it's worth a shot.
