Hello BP -
I would like to market directly to local owners who do not occupy their properties. Where is the best place to acquire a list of non-owner occupants with their contact info?
As a tip for those who need it, you can probably find this for free in your county's website by seeing which owners have different addresses in their Mailing Address and Situs (Property Address).
You could also buy a list from a provider and request this.
