Hey Trevor, just go ahead and do some Skiptracing to that list, I always buy from Listsource and I know a lot of companies out there that they offer you skiptracing services but they are very expensive like $0.35 to $0.25 cents per lead, I used to hire a VA's before but the only way for you to be sure it is a good data is to call them all with a no refund option, I have been scammed several times like this. A couple of months ago I found this company, pretty awesome company, they provide you with cold calling real estate experts reps with no hourly payment at all, good american english and at the same time you pay around $0.15 or less per skiptraced lead, they are the lowest in the market, id been killing myself trying to find something like this, the best thing is that they do a high quality because they use those numbers to get leads and thats how they make money, so basically they will always provide you with a high quality skiptracing service. I am currently using their services and boom! I already got 2 properties under contract, they alwasy deliver from 5 to 8 prequalified call backs leads, all you need to do is to set up an appointment or make the offer over the phone, I really suggest you this company, the company name is 633 real estate solutions (633realestateleads.com) and just to clear this up I am not part of the company at all, I am just so happy for the services that they provide, and the best part is that their agents are english and spanish speakers. The term is "bulk skip tracing" or "batch skip tracing" but if you're only doing 1 list of 5,000 leads then you're either going to be paying too much for a membership service or a bunch of money for a one time search. Have you found a solution yet? my partners and I ended up getting a couple different subscriptions so we can get the data from the source lol. Let me know if you have any questions!
