Pre Covid we used to meet twice a month. At the very least like Jay mentioned we could video conference until more people are comfortable meeting in person.

    @Shawn K Hicks I work 6a-6p Tuesday so 7pm Tuesday would be good if that’s not to late. I’m also off every Wednesday and Thursday.

    @Deantre Burch i don't live there. I invest in Jacksonville, live in Northern Virginia. I plan to send my daughter to school in Gainesville in about a year. If you get a virtual meetup going, i would like to participate. If my daughter does get in there, i think i would uave her house hack her way through.

    Hi All, I’m a little bit late to this. I am  very much a newbie and currently on assignment overseas. If there is another virtual meet up, I would love to join. My home base if Hollywood, Florida but have been considering investing in gainseville in the next year or so. Still exploring markets but my little brother is currently going to school in gainseville so I thought it might be a good idea.
