I sent out a letter to absentee owners a little over a week ago. It was on white paper and pretty basic, not even hand addressed!

I sent out 288 letters and I have had 6 inquiries so far. We will see if any of them pan out as purchases or listings since I am a broker. I have to thank BP for the direct marketing advice even though I didn't follow a lot of it.
