Taking incoming leads away from your office or on the road?

Who here takes incoming lead calls if you're let's say on the road or taking a walk and don't want to miss out on a potential deal.

What's your process for taking the lead and recording the info/address to review later?

I feel like investors miss out on a lot of deals during this scenario...
