Tenant asking me to cut down trees on abandon property next-door

Do I have to pay for this? They say the trees are obstructing the view when they back out of the driveway.

No. It is not your property. If the branches come over the property line, you can trim them; but they'd be better off calling the city.

Yes you have to pay if they overhang your property - but you can only trim what is on your property you cannot cut the tree down if it’s on their property.
