Any feedback on different apps that people have used?  I'm leaning toward RentRedi, but this seems like one of those things where I'll essentially be trapped with their interface for life, as all my tenants will be using it as well. Any better ones?

    Apps/PM management interface. There are a lot out there, the one you mentioned, Buildium, Yardi and Appfolio all come to mind as leading the industry on  the software for PM ease for owner and tenant.

    @Yanik Parsch thanks.  I actually subscribed to RentRedi and instantly regretted it. I have since cancelled and joined baselane. RentRedi seems created by a tech entrepreneur rather than a real estate investor. One of the biggest hitches for me was that RentRedi needed me to upload a selfie and a photo of my license in order to collect rents. I have issues with that surrounding my privacy, and can imagine tenants having the same reaction. Anyway, I'm happy so far with baselane, but am still onramping.

    I STRONGLY suggest looking into Shuk. It's what I use for my rental portfolio, and they've got a great platform / app. It also has a bunch of really unique benefits/tools for your rental portfolio (Lease Indication Tool, Expense Tracking, Maintenance Requests, Rent Collection, Tenant Communication, etc.) in one central place. I've found it very easy to use and helping with keeping everything organized.

    Might be worth you looking into if you want access to something that's affordable ($5/month per unit), has lots of features that I've really liked, and more - especially if you’re unhappy with some of the tools or processes you’re using today with managing your property. 

    Happy to answer any questions on it, I’ve really enjoyed it.

    and it'll be the first thing to pop up.
