What is you look to mid-term and Short term a property
Yes I am looking to purchase a property in Pensacola and was needing a property management company but a unique type of rental. Our thoughts was to find someone that would want to rent the condo for 4-6 months in winter months and then Short Term during Spring/Summer months. This way we can choose when to come and use it as well. Let me know thoughts? Thank you.
