Hi everyone — wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I’m Jackie, based in the San Fernando Valley and working throughout the greater Los Angeles area. I’ve been in property operations and management for about 5 years and currently serve as a Regional Property Manager overseeing both long-term and short-term rental portfolios. On the long-term side, I support two ownership groups and oversee day-to-day operations across 15 multifamily properties totaling 270+ apartment homes. My focus is on operational efficiency — maintenance coordination, inspections, tenant communication, vendor oversight, and owner reporting. I also manage operations for 30+ short-term rental (Airbnb) properties, supported by a full offsite team that provides 24/7 guest communication and issue resolution. A big part of my role is building systems that keep properties running smoothly without owners being pulled into the day-to-day. I hold an active California real estate license and enjoy connecting with owners and investors to share insights around operations, scaling portfolios, and reducing management headaches.
