Problems with Buildium and ePay

I am using Buildium and the ePay addon.  I have several missing and incorrect deposits.  This is the second time this has occurred in less than a year.  Meanwhile I do not have priority support from Buildium therefore it seems as if they treat everything not from a priority support user as low priority.

It's been  more than Six Days.  I stayed on the phone and waited for an hour.  I finally decided to leave a voicemail for a call back.  No return call but I received a email notifying me that they received my call a day later and asked me what the issue was.  I explained, provided snapshots and now I'm just waiting .  Six Days and $2,200 dollars missing should be a high priority, but apparently it is not.

Is this normal for support?  I've been a long time user (over 10 years) but I've never called support before.

Or there others who have problems with Buildium and ePay?

If someone has had these problems, how was it resolved?
