Hey guys and gals. My wife and I are looking to purchase small multifamily property in Charleston, WV and the surrounding area. We are having a heck of a time finding a property manager! Does anyone have a referral? Thanks so much for your help!

I live nearby there and have been searching for months myself. It's one of the only reasons I haven't pursued anything around there, as they're hard to find, if they even exist (good ones that is). lol
