Looking for property management referrals in Lewisville, TX

Hi BiggerPockets community,

I am a newbie investor and I am closing on a deal in a few days. It is a single family residence located in Lewisville, TX, and I am an out-of-state investor. I need a solid property manager or a management company. As far as I know, there are flat fees, and percentage fees for them. What would you suggest? Any tips? Also if you have any advice for me or something that I should be aware of, please let me know.

@Young Kim I know some of our investors here in Chicago with properties in the Dallas Ft Worth area also are with Omni Key Realty which they are known to have some good leaders there.
