I am a relatively new real estate investor in the Annapolis Valley with 2 current rental properties. I am looking to network with like minded folks interested in investing in Nova Scotia. This market is really starting to take off and the population is growing quickly. Are there any groups of real estate investors in this area?
I'm currently in Ontario, but I've been looking at potentially investing in Nova Scotia as well and connecting with other folks there. Are you in any Canadian REI Facebook groups? I don't know if there are any NS-specific REI groups, but I imagine there are people in the general Canadian groups who invest there.
@Roy Cleeves - I am familiar with that development. I thought it was New Valley Homes building in there. Falmouth seems like a great place to invest with the twinning of highway 101.

It definitely is popular. That builder is doing 24 units and has a list of 87 applicants. It is most popular as a retirement community. And the homes are bungalows with help for looking after the grass and the snow. So a great fit and easy for landlords as most seniors make excellent tenants.
