Interesting, we're in the Sarnia area, and there aren't enough houses to sell. The market is very strong right now and the economic outlook in the area is very good.

    @Luc Boiron Not really... in the last two weeks we have seen things slow slightly but that could just be our standard seasonal slow down through the summer starting.  We are still seeing bidding wars.

    As my realtor put it - Everything is still going over asking, but now it is 2-3 bidders instead of 10-20 bidders.

    Nickey, are you wholesaling, or are you representing a realtor? Do you have deeply discounted properties that need repair? I am buying.

    I am a realtor:) I work with investors depending on their niche:) I have a few flip clients and many investors ranging from single family rentals all the way up to small apartment buildings.
