Quick ideas on how to freshen up your bathroom without a full ren

Here are few things you can do to freshen up your bathroom in case you do not want to do a full bathroom remodel. 

-Paint walls, ceiling, mouldings and door.

-Replace mirror 

-Replace vanity

-Replace light fixture

-Replace bathroom accessories (toilet paper hanger, towel hangers)

And as a single family house hacker, I suggest a slow-close toilet seat.  They are like $20.  Sounds trivial but when you're sharing walls with roommates you want to cover as many details as possible to make everyone's experience comfortable and without headache.
