Hey guys! I will be looking to buy my first multi-family in the Greater Scranton/surrounding areas. Wondering if anyone has any experience investing in Scranton and could tell me some things to look out for when looking for my first investment! I plan on house hacking and will be looking for a 2-, 3-, 4-plex with an FHA loan!
