Quick note first: I'm based in the Bay Area, not Atlanta. For underwriting review that doesn't matter, since the work is on the model and the documents, but wanted to be upfront in case you specifically need someone local.
I do independent underwriting reviews for CRE sponsors and buyers. I'm a licensed CPA and former Big-4 fund auditor, so my focus is whether a model holds up rather than rebuilding it: how the returns move when the assumptions change, whether the debt and reserves are realistic, and the after-tax picture most models leave out (depreciation recapture, the passive-loss rules, and what an LP actually keeps after a sale). I don't file returns or sell cost-seg studies, so the review stays independent.
If you want a second set of eyes on a deal before you commit, that's the core of what I do. Happy to help.
