Hello everyone,
I've been a lurker on these forums for a short while now, I just have to say how amazing this community is! Does anybody have any experience with Property Radar? Also, would anyone be willing to split the costs of an account for access?

Property radar is like x ray vision goggles. It's a toss up deciding what I would want more.... a subscription to property radar or x ray vision in a room full of beautiful women.

I've used Foreclosure Radar for a year or two it's the best I've found. Property Radar is an updated version with better queries for data selection. (Not Available for AZ) They offer a 30 day free trial. If you don't see that offer on the website check out retailmenot.com

I was just browsing Property Radar and it talks about CA. Is it only a site to be used for investors in CA or can it be used for other markets as well. Looks very interesting!

Property Radar is awesome. I wasn't aware of the 30-day trial, but that is definitely the way to go. If not, it's month-to-month so you can always cancel.

@Kevin Chu Property Radar is a great tool! Sean O'Toole is the owner of the site and he really knows a lot about real estate. Sean O'Toole was interviewed by Bruce Norris on The Norris podcast and Bruce highly recommends Sean as well as his site and for me, a Bruce Norris endorsement is enough for me. .

@Elizabeth H. that is a ignorant comment about radar. What you just said I have never seen or heard and I personally use it everyday in tulare/fresno county.
Awhile back everyone our here was using PR but lately I haven't heard much about it. I was guessing it was becasue of the Cali market but maybe I should stop whining about "I can't find deals here" and give your trial a try. 8-)

@Vishal Gadhia we paused on geographic expansion for a while, but hope to get back to that soon. IL is in our top 10 of next places to head. One question - would your primary interest be foreclosure (where we originally made a name for ourselves), or just general property information - assessor, recorder, debt, equity, lenders, owner occupied, etc?
@Account Closed we definitely get less "press" now that the foreclosure crisis is behind us, but we are still cranking away, and our investor customers buy somewhere around $200M / mo in property using our platform. If you give it a try please feel free to PM me if you need any help.

@Sean OToole, yes our primary requirements is to use Foreclosure in the area to run our marketing initiatives and have platform to analyze the areas where we can focus our marketing.
Also with the other details on the property information, that is wealth of information, that might take us days to compile on from different website.
I really wish you make IL you #1 on priority list, the market is still have a lot of foreclosures and I am sure you might be able to gather from great customers here in IL who can leverage your server, specially at the mouth watering subscription prices you offer.
I haven't used the website, but I would be really interested in taking it for a spin for the areas that you operate. Having Title search done for the properties, is one of the biggest problems that I have faced while working at auctions, and if your website can give the information accurately, you have created a great product I would say
@Sean OToole, yes our primary requirements is to use Foreclosure in the area...
Thanks @Vishal Gadhia. We will do our best to get their soon. Do note that while our information is great, we don't suggest anyone rely solely on it for title. Some very experienced investors do on simple deals (purchase money firsts and other obvious situations), but most also either validate it themselves or in partnership with a title company. While our data comes directly from the counties, there can still be matching errors, or even errors in the underlying public record. Those are more easily caught by an experienced human then by our algorithms and computer models. With the number of properties we track we can't manually review every one.

@Sean OToole, I understand your point here, and all I wanted here was to give you a feedback of the feature that you have as part of the service.
It's obvious that you should do your title search at a renowned title company, but with the preliminary step in analyzing, its a great resource to have in your arsenal.
