In November, 2016 I flew up to Toledo to meet with Ron, and he toured me around the town to show me some properties they were offering and projects they were working on.  At the time I was very impressed and was ready to do business with them.  But when I got back home in the Dallas area, I called several times and got nowhere, because no one would return my calls.  Very disappointed.  Felt like I wasted several days of time with them.

However, the trip to Toledo overall was useful.  The tour of the town gave me some ideas about the investment opportunities there.   I'm just hoping to find someone else there I can trust.

I have one property in Toledo already,  need a property manager for it, and would like to buy more there.  Does anyone else have some recommendations for good property managers or turnkey rental providers in Toledo?

I came across this and had to answer that my friends in Vancouver gave this company over $100,000 to invest in a commercial property in Toledo, Ohio and have since closed the account with the funds they gave and don't communicate with them at all. They are frauds. Said they were property managing and real estate investing and never gave this business any monies from rents, etc. Nothing. When they asked for IRS papers to file for the year, nothing was sent. Just an FYI!!!

You just have to be careful about who you turn money or assets over to, especially when you're dealing with someone long distance. Very easy for them to rip you off. Ron may not have ripped me off, but the followup service was poor.  That alone was enough to make me not want to do business with them.

I actually use to work for Ron and Sherri. Ended up getting let go because I caught on what he was doing and called him on it. He never filed taxes so all the money that was taken out for taxes he kept. He also took money for rent since I was living in one of the properties and never paid a single penny to the owner which lead to me getting evicted. His wife Sherri only got 3.5 years because she severely downplayed her roll she was far more involved as well as was Murphy Feeney, who only got probation. He was the main person setting up the jobs to appear they were completed so Ron could take photos and send them to clients. Then he would move everyone to another job. One job he charged the client nearly fifty grand to remodel a house. Paid me and another guy only 5000 under subcontract to do the job with the promise of letting the other man live there after it was done. Glad he got time but should've got more. He changed from SR service property management to Sierra Real Estate LLC running the same scam on a whole new group of people.

They are awful we lost all we had cause of them. When our rental property was sold I was told to call Ron cause there were rodents and mold etc and previously company ran off after we gave our rent for mth and told me they no longer owned it. We had been going to hotel Lorraine to pay rent and supposedly pay rental ins that later found out after all of our belongings were destroyed due to them not paying gas or water and it blowing all of the radiators in the entire place. I hope they get what they have coming. When I contacted this man and asked how dare he threaten to evict me when we had paid rent he bit off my head told me I am never to call his personal number and to only call the hotel office. They ate the biggest cons I've ever met. Dealt with him and Heather.

@Tara Croskey they got what they deserved, for the most part. Both ended up in federal prison as a result of their cons and theft
