Anyone have any experience dealing with CMC Funding, Inc.? I just found out my loan was sold to them and the online reviews are horrible. Thanks in advance.

Samantha Klein , thanks. I was reading on BBB reviews that there’s a $10 monthly fee to pay online. Is that true?
I haven’t received anything in the mail from them yet and first payment is due 1/1/2018. I’m just trying to get all my ducks in a row, especially right before the holidays.

I can't attest if that's true or not because I have it autodebited from a checking account, its basically on autopilot and I never have to even think about it.

I wanted to update this thread in the event anyone else does a search for CMC Funding, Inc. in the future.
In my case, and perhaps across the board, CMC Funding has outsourced the servicing of the loan to Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC (SLS). It took a little bit for them to receive my loan docs and get everything set up, but it’s been pretty good from there. I was able to set up auto-payments (for free) on their website. So far, so good.
This was a huge relief after what I read online about them (some horror stories about customer service, fees, late payments, etc.).
