Has anyone heard about or join [b]New Wealth Advisor in Riverside? I went to one of there meeting and was gonna join but as i was making payments to take the 3 day class. I kept find info about it being a scam and another thing that throw me off is on one of their videos there was this guy that I seen before on another Real Estate commercial. But they claim that those people were not actors. Has anyone ran into them before?
I just left one of their introduction meetings tonight. Reluctant as well. Did you ever hear anything or find out more?
Mike Zaremba sorry for the late replay. I've been to their meeting 2 times already. I've looked up the company and found a lot of compliance. Most majority of the stuff that i found out about the company is a scam. They tell you at the Thursday meeting that its $500 to hold you a seat and $900 for VIP for the 3 days course. and they tell you thats all you have to pay when its not. To me i believe the company is a SCAM. if you google the company under scam you will some so many compliance. If it was a good company you wouldn't find so many problems with NWA(Riverside)

@Marshawn Moore Thanks for posting this. I, too, went online today and found a bunch of scam warnings about the company. There were only three reviews about them on Yelp and they were negative as well. Thanks for the blog link!
I first came to the intro about a year ago and it has been a great experience. I have learned a ton about flipping and now have current deals going on. It's easy for people to say it's a scam because they expect to magically make money and when they don't they ruin the possible experience for others. It's just fear. To be successful in any business you have to let go of that fear and jump in with both feet. No, the training isn't free but neither is any other kind of training. My niece spent 12k learning to apply make up and be a make up artist. One could say that was a scam as well. The bottom line is that they don't hand you deals, you have to go out and do the work. They will however, teach you how to FIND the deals. Once you have a deal they will guide you through the process and even help you attain the funding with out coming out of pocket or using your personal credit. None of those people are fake. I see them often and they have pictures of their deals. Most have their own company's now and stay a part of the community to leverage each other. I hope this info helps!

Hi Rhonda, If honest I spent about $8,000, some say its a lot, (my parents did) some say its small when compared to many programs out there, either way I took a leap of faith and saw the potential it had for my future. I'm now nearly 2yrs in my journey and happy that my wife and I don't have to look back at where we were.
Can't say I enjoy real estate, but enjoy what the money allows me to do :)
I'm completely lost at why people would spend money on class and workshop, when they can actually use that money and go find deals a bit outside of the expensive city we're in. $8,000 could got you started on a deal, or do a mailing list of some kind. Stop investing time in workshop, and actually go out and look and work for deals. Best experience is hand on training, and not some workshop making you go back to pay for free information online.
I saw a sign posted near the highway saying something like "flipping house training" so I called the number to see what it was about. I'm an investor but new to so-cal and was interested in meeting some other local investors. I spoke with Daniel E who seemed like a nice guy but as I learned more he told me there was a $1200 yearly fee to be a member. I was looking for more of a meetup type situation with some like minded people, freely sharing information. I guess I can just find that here :) I did a bit more research just to be sure I wasn't missing out on anything and wasn't keen on the "God" talk that commingles with their business model. I went to the first intro a couple of years ago and it has been an amazing experience. At first I was hesitant about making the commitment towards joining the club but I did because I saw the value and I love the people. I started at the bottom and moved my way up. Shortly, after joining I was able to help a friend that was in sticky situation with his home and also helped another family with theirs. After that I made the full commitment and eventually became an experienced investor. Since then they have helped me grow into the man that I am now. I had so many mental barriers and hurdles that I believed were stopping me from my own success. I used to blame other people and pointed fingers. Then one day I realized when I pointed at people I saw 3 more fingers pointing back at me. I also have more deals in the pipeline too that have the potential to be life changing deals. They have literally help me change my life around from a direction that lead down a rabbit hole towards a life to live in peace and prosperity. Anything that is worth going after will more than likely cost you money in the beginning. Then you have to work your *** off with a never give up mentality. If you think the money will come you quick in anything you do you’re better off just dreaming about what you want and saving your money and work for someone else to make their dream come true. Since joining this club I have a new attitude at work and have received a promotion every year since I have been involved and closed some deals on the side. I’m now in a position where I'm thinking about a bigger future full of deeper and more meaningful relationships. New Wealth Advisors Club has helped me make my dreams come true and I'm still growing everyday I'm involved with the club.
is real mentors want to help other investors succeed , why not just help train new investor & split the profits 50/50 for deals that the new investors close .. I mean I would nt. Even mind splitting deals for a year or two .. While I get my feet wet but , paying 2k-15k for information on the Internet is scam .. If the mentors with there systems would guarantee deals , than I would pay these absurd fees .. But I'm sure the mentors are making so much money off people wanting to be investors , that's where they are making all there money .. Not actively do deals ...so , basically new investors are **** outta luck , by the time they figure all this out

In 2007, my wife was in the mortgage business. We were doing very well for many years. When the market crashed, we went broke. We had been to lots of seminars and guru programs looking for a way to get into the real estate game. Many people told us, just google it and do it. Unfortunately, we were not able to do it on our own. We needed resources and ultimately partners. Long story short, over the past 10 years we have evolved into running a real estate investment club. It is a brick and mortar office. Not a hotel. We have 17 offices and over 10,000 sq feet. We have participated in hundreds of real estate deals. The club isn't open to the public. I am the founder and if the club was meant to defraud people, I certainly wouldn't invest in an office building to invite strangers into my home. I'd hide behind the internet or a transient type business in a hotel. Do yourself a favor and find out for yourself.
PS - We have zero affiliation with NR, Jim piccolo or anything in Arizona. Amazing how many people write lies and have zero evidence to back it up. I have hired an attorney to sue any person we can identify as posting any misleading info about me or my wife or NWAC.

Oh my, So my story is this. Wife was on her way to an introduction meeting at NWAC in Riverside. This was in 2015. She too went online as she waited to be let into the building with about 20 other people who were also looking to break into the real estate business. She also saw the "scam" post and called me at work to tell me she would not be going after all and didn't want to waste her time. I said that it was fine but that why should she allow someone else on the internet to make a decision for you? So... she went in and met the founders of this club, Dave and Melina Boswell. She couldn't hold in her enthusiasm and realized that the scam was to not attend. She signed up for training and as made ten's of thousands on a part time basis. Thank you, NWAC!

Its crazy to see all the negative reception that NWAC is receiving when I've had nothing but a positive experience? I see a lot of posts from people about what "other people" said. But can anyone here actually speak from their OWN experience as to why NWAC is bad? Would love to hear feedback.

Are you still with them? Seems like everybody who is with them likes it and all the negative comments come from people who havent tried it. I have a meeting with them tomorrow just looking at what to expect. Thanks!
