Has anyone heard about or join [b]New Wealth Advisor in Riverside? I went to one of there meeting and was gonna join but as i was making payments to take the 3 day class. I kept find info about it being a scam and another thing that throw me off is on one of their videos there was this guy that I seen before on another Real Estate commercial. But they claim that those people were not actors. Has anyone ran into them before?

I'm now nearly two years with the club. Joined first and then took some training. I guess I was lucky this was the first place I found and didn't waste money on other systems. This place has changed my life and I couldn't be happier. I'm at the club all the time, staying plugged in, repeating some of the classes and get to be around real people doing deals every week. For those who think it's not real that's fine, stay where you are and find something else. REI is for serious people. I had zero knowledge when I started, now I'm a full time investor enjoying life, so yes of course I can say it's real :)

Its crazy to see all the negative reception that NWAC is receiving when I've had nothing but a positive experience? I see a lot of posts from people about what "other people" said. But can anyone here actually speak from their OWN experience as to why NWAC is bad? Would love to hear feedback.

Are you still with them? Seems like everybody who is with them likes it and all the negative comments come from people who havent tried it. I have a meeting with them tomorrow just looking at what to expect. Thanks!

I was only with them for a short interim due to the distance. (I'm in LA and they're located in Riverside). Although my business partner has been with them since 2021 and learned how to close deals from their education. We constantly lean on their support and resources when we hit a roadblock.

Hello, I am jumping into their 3-day course. So far, my spidey senses haven't gone off.

Hello! I'm looking into all this now and wanted to see how your experience was

Any updates on if New Wealth Advisors is legit, worth it, or a scam? I'm on a call now and they same decent and honest, but some reviews on here and other sites are a bit concerning. Anyone in business takes risks, but a lawsuit and some other things don't look great. Thoughts?

These guys are legit. But keep in mind, its a Real Estate Club where you have to pay to be a member. They have different tiers depending on what type of training and resources you're looking for. If that's a turn-off for you, then don't go. But if you see the value in investing money into your own personal education, then maybe this could be a good fit for you. My buddy learned a lot from this club and was able to acquire (3) SFRs doing it part-time while working full-time at a car dealership. I asked him the other day why he's still a member if he already knows how to do deals on his own, and he said because of the people.

There's nothing proprietary about the info they have, that you cannot find here. They "may" have access to some off-market listings, which aren't on here or the MLS, but in regards to info there's absolutely not a thing. Not a thing.

Agreed - its similar to the health & fitness industry. All the information you need to exercise and get in shape is free online, yet some people pay a personal trainer.

Aloha @Joseph McElmeel -  my wife and I joined NWAC in 2013.  We joined the club because of a long time friend who I knew was in club. Even with that friend connection I was still skeptical.... As usual,  I did my own due diligence and saw the mixed reviews and was a little nervous to join.   My wife twisted my arm since she was a Realtor and wanted to expand her portfolio -  so we joined in 2013.  Fast forward to today,  we've helped many homeowners avoid foreclosure (free service) and also bought/hold/sold many off market properties. Given my tech background, I am the creator of our Proprietary CRM and our Team Lead Generation Analysts.   Please feel free to fact check me with the properties in my profile. My wife and I will be at BPCON2025 in Las Vegas -  please DM me and we can meet up.  Mahalo!

I WAS APART OF THIS CLUB and I will say it helped build my foundation. The networking is what made me a lot of money. If you join a club like this it is 100% on you to make it worth it.

This club also filters people who aren't serious by having a monthly fee so I like that. I ultimately ended up leaving but the people I met their changed me and impacted my life tremendously.
