Has anyone here heard of or dealt with a company called Strongbrook ?
A member of my REI club has been pushing them, they offer "turnkey" investments" in Orlando, Vegas, and other markets.
They offer property management, design a portfolio for you etc. They discuss refi and cashing out and selling of then moving to free and clear investments.
Just curious to see what anyone here knows about them??
