Zeus Lending Review- BEWARE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
I wasted 2 months and lots of money on Zeus Lending incompetent loan officers. Day after day I checked on progress and I wasn't getting anywhere. I had to escalate to management and still didn't get anywhere but a promise I would close. Underwriters were horrible and I wasted 2 months to get nothing. I had to switch lenders and spent more money because of it. I almost lost a deal and my Buyer also didn't use my services because he saw the problems I had and didn't want to risk anything going wrong. I suggest to not waste your time especially on a cash out refinance.
