Is it worthwhile to create a one-stop shop for analyzing neighborhoods?
I recently purchased a house, and as a data enthusiast, I'm thrilled about the possibilities! I used to be frustrated by the hassle of juggling multiple platforms for crime stats, rent data, taxes, insurance, liquidity, and other key metrics. Now that I have more free time, I’m considering whether creating a single, all-in-one tool would be worth it. What do you think?
