     Biggest challenge most of us have, raising the capital and having the right team in place to raise it at the most affordable rates. See people using third party capital raisers or spending money on ads etc, in that scenario you will easily spend 10% meaning you will spend $1M to raise $10M.  Most people do not include that in their proformas....
