Washington court house Ohio insight/opinion

Hello BP community ,

Looking to get insight/opinion on buy new construction for investment in Washington court house ? Seems like the city is projected economic development from hospital and Honda plant . Any tips/suggestions ?

Thanks Sam, and I'm a big fan of Washington Court House. The town is home to just under 15,000 people. Honda's plant is bringing in 2,200 new jobs (about 14% of the town's entire population). I expect the town to continue to grow.
