Real Estate Investors in Houston, TX

Hey there everyone! Just wanted to come on here and ask for some insight. I'm fairly new to the industry, yet have taken lots of time to understand the logistics and markets seen in real estate wholesale. I wanted to ask if anyone has advice when it comes to looking for new investors in other states. I live in California, but wish to start doing my practice within other states as well. Please let me know if you have any information willing to share, or if you may even be potentially willing to work with me to purchase some properties throughout Houston, or even other locations, as I have my eyes on a couple of options and have been in contact with multiple sellers! Thank you :)

Jaqsin,

Houston is a great market despite the high taxes and insurance! We have a lot of California clients.

As with any market, there are areas that are not poised for long term appreciation - Sunnyside, South Park, Acres Homes, etc.

Our clients (and my properties) that have performed best are the ones in the suburbs - Katy, Spring, Cypress, etc.

Best of luck!
