Managing Rentals/Flips Out of State
I recently relocated from the Dallas–Fort Worth area to Denver for work. I know the DFW market well and currently own one cash-flowing rental property there. I’m interested in continuing to do flips and acquisitions in Texas, but I’m also excited to explore new opportunities here in the Denver area.
