I can say that we have done quite a bit of chimney inspections, chimney repairs, chimney cleaning, etc for flippers, investors, and real estate brokers around the Maryville, TN area. I would say that outside of Knoxville I do see quite a bit of real estate investment activity in Oak Ridge and Maryville.. everyone else seems to stay in Knoxville.
