    Hi Dennis. One of my good friends specializes in co-living investment properties in the greater Atlanta area. He has the properties with property management in place. They work with PadSplit, if you are familiar with that concept. The cash returns are very strong too. I am happy to connect you to him if you want more information.

      @Aristotle Kumpis I do appreciate your feedback. However, is a very expensive market and overpriced. I will give it some thought . Thank you

      No problem. These homes are still below the median home price. I wouldn't consider it overpriced. The lower you go in price, the worse the area gets. And then you won't have people wanting to live in your home.

      @Aristotle Kumpis I understand what you mean . I have been looking into North Macon and Jones County . My budget is below $200 K with a light rehab if required. I definitely need to purchase a property below market value and take it from there .

      I see. The least inexpensive property we have right now is $299K. It's fully renovated so you don't have to do anything to it

    @Dennis Minary

    Dennis, I don’t know much about GA specifically, but the Midwest has a lot of opportunities for coliving strategies. You can find affordable properties, strong rental demand, and neighborhoods where cashflow makes sense for multi-tenant setups.

      @Arman Ahmed thank you for your reply . I have heard about the affordability in the Midwest and that's really where I have to start . Purchasing a property well under $200K is something that I need to do and really am interested in a coliving exit strategy.

    Atlanta is a strong market for co-living, especially areas like Marietta, Smyrna, Austell and Stone Mountain. Each has solid rental demand and affordable entry prices.

      @Janice Carter I appreciate your feedback. What I am looking to do is furnish the common areas only and keep tenants on At least a one year lease.
